Lance is a native Texan and has lived in Dallas for over 30 years. He attended Highland Park High School, and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. Having acquired his real estate license in 1990, Lance brings a breadth of experience to every transaction. He is a good listener and really wants to understand his clients needs and desires while delivering the highest possible level of service. Lance is adept at selling those intangible qualities of a home which make it truly desirable, and knows the city of Dallas inside out. In addition to Lance's endeavors in real estate, he has been involved in various civic and philanthropic organizations including being a founding member of The Honor Guard, a Dallas Symphony support group, and Leadership Dallas.
